Hanavie skincare is not tested on animals. We love our furry friends and are cruelty-free.
Yes, our product is vegan friendly and gluten free, and do not come in any contact with gluten during production.

All Hanavie products are made with love in Australia and the are manufactured Australia Sydney.
Our ingredients are sourced globally, but wherever possible we try to source locally. Some of favourite local superfood ingredients includes Australia wild berry harvest, Australia wild plum harvest, Australia dessert harvest, lime Pearl (extract from Caviar Lime), Jojoba, Macadamia, Tea Tree, etc…
Orders, shipping and return
Due to COVID-19 we may experience processing or delivery delays. We will do our best to keep you updated on your order and to ensure that it gets to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number.
Please take a photo of how the shipping box arrives, along with the damaged products. Then please email [email protected] with you order number and photos within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will do our best to accommodate your issues with damaged goods.
If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase. Contact our customer care on [email protected] if you would like to cancel your order.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ‘change of mind’. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to grant a refund or exchange even if you have not opened your products. Our returns and refunds policy are in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If there is any issue with your products upon receiving them, please contact us on [email protected] promptly and we will rectify the issue in a timely manner.
At Hanavie Skincare, we strongly believe in the high quality of our products and want you to love our products as much as we do. Before using any of our products, always ensure that you read the product description carefully and the directions for use on the product label.
